Terms & Conditions

Campsite Rules

• Please show your confirmation email upon check-in.
• The check-in time is 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM 
• The check-out time is 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM n 
• If you are unable to handle the admission and exit matters within the limited time, please inform our colleagues as soon as possible or make individual arrangements. If the time is exceeded (12:00PM), the venue has the right to charge a surcharge (per battalion), HK$200/15 minutes (less than 15 minutes are counted as 15 minutes).
• If the observatory predicted that there would be a level 6 severe wind near the camp before 11：00 a.m. on the day of the experience, the camp may be closed for safety reasons and will be arranged for inclement weather. the fee paid is non-refundable.
• When entering, please register with the SEASIDE PARK Commissary, and the admission rules and disclaimer will be distributed to the guests to read and sign. In addition, each guest must pay a deposit of HK$ 200.00. If there are no lost items or damage to the facilities at the time of departure, the deposit will be fully refunded upon departure. If the deposit is not enough to pay the compensation, the guest will pay the rest of the fee separately.
• After checking in, the staff will have a rental camp list to check with the guests the rental camp facilities（including camp, equipment and other facilities, etc.）. Please check and list the items on the list. If there is any damage or omission, the staff will replace it immediately. After the completion of the check, the guest shall sign and verify on the list, and then if there is any damage / omission on the list, the guest shall pay the amount of compensation for the relevant items.
• The venue will provide a copy of the venue facilities map and the venue rules for guests' reference. If you have any questions, please contact our staff The opening hours of the seaside park canteen are from 10：00am in the morning to 9：00pm in the evening, and the rest time of the camp is after 9pm to avoid affecting others' rest. Please keep quiet and do not make noise If you want to play music, drink, play games, chat loudly or party, please move to the beach outside If you still receive complaints from other campers or residents after giving advice, all deposits will be confiscated. Thank you for your cooperation.
• 營區位置禁止生火(燒烤及煮食區除外)   生火請到燒烤及煮食區.
• 為愛惜大自然及保護農場原生態, 場內嚴禁亂拋垃圾. 登記後, 職員會派發一個垃圾膠袋給客人, 請將垃圾放置於垃圾袋內並 於離開時將自己的垃圾帶走. ( 海迎灘馬路口有垃圾站放置垃圾 ) 如發現有垃圾遺留在場內, 職員會有機會向客人收取 HK$100.00 場地清潔費用。
• 如客人在 3:30PM 前到達本場地, 可以先到SEASIDE PARK 小賣部等待, 亦可在此購買飲料 / 或租用本場地遊樂設施等。
• 客人退場後, 可以到SEASIDE PARK 小賣部 租用LOCKER 放置個人物品, 亦可購買飲料 / 租用本場地遊樂設施。
• 請自備個人隨身用品，如毛巾、牙膏、牙刷、沐浴露、拖鞋等。(註：小賣部也有售賣)
• 場内設有小賣部，售賣飲品, 零食, 水上活動設施, 遊樂設施, 日用品和沙灘用具等。(所有場內售賣物品只接受PAYME / 現金)。
• 服務供應商或因不可抗力或未能預見的情況取消活動，如遇類似情況可以獲得改期並根據以下的惡劣天氣安排處理不予退還。
• No fire is allowed in the camp area（except the barbecue and cooking area）. Please go to the barbecue and cooking area to make a fire
• In order to cherish nature and protect the original ecology of the farm, littering is strictly prohibited After registration, the staff will distribute a plastic garbage bag to the guests. Please put the garbage in the garbage bag and take away your garbage when you leave（there is a garbage station at the entrance of haiyingtan Road）if any garbage is found in the site, the staff will have the opportunity to charge the guests hk$100.00 for site cleaning.
• If the guest is at 3：If you arrive at the venue before 30pm, you can wait at the seaside park canteen first, or buy drinks here or rent amusement facilities at the venue.
• After the guests leave the venue, they can rent a locker to place their personal belongings at the seaside park canteen, or buy drinks / rent amusement facilities at the venue.
• Please bring your own personal belongings, such as towel, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, slippers, etc.（Note：Also available in the snack bar）
• There is a canteen selling drinks, snacks, water sports facilities, amusement facilities, daily necessities and beach utensils.（only payme / cash will be accepted for all items sold on site）.
• If the service provider cancels the activity due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, it can be rescheduled in case of similar circumstances and will not be returned according to the following severe weather arrangements.
• No pets are allowed in the campsite

Cancellation Policy 

Change of Booking

• Once the reservation is confirmed, the number of selected additional services and orders cannot be reduced
• the date can be changed for free at least 14 days before the selected check-in date
• if you want to change the effective date of the check-in, the customer should use it within 90 days of the original date and make an appointment. Those who do not make an appointment within the time limit should give up
• if the price changes due to time periods after the effective date of the check-in date is delayed, such as busy hours to general hours, The difference will not be refunded 
• If the changed time period is from the normal time period to the busy time period / service, the additional amount still needs to be refunded and paid

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation and refund

If the customer meets the above conditions and determines that it is necessary to change or cancel the service experience date, the order registrant must notify My Seaside Park 長沙海邊民園 in writing of WhatsApp within the office hours of the specified date for arrangement. 

When the change or cancellation is approved by the customer, My Seaside Park 長沙海邊民園 will charge the customer a handling fee of $100 for the rent. All changes will be subject to e-mail. Those who fail to notify the customer will be deemed to leave as scheduled. N in case of any dispute, My Seaside Park 長沙海邊民園/ service provider reserves the right of final decision.

Bad Weather Arrangement

If Typhoon signal No. 1 or Typhoon signal No. 3 or Amber rainstorm signal is issued on the same day, if first Ferry / Transport provides services as usual, accommodation arrangements will proceed as usual. nIf the red rainstorm warning signal is issued two hours before the check-in time on the same day, or when the tropical cyclone warning is hoisted at a higher level of Typhoon signal No. 8, the following arrangements will be made and the fee paid will not be refunded. nIf the Observatory expects a force 6 gale near the camp before 11：00 on the morning of the day, the camp may be closed for security reasons. The following arrangements will be made and the fees paid are non-refundable.


Change of Booking Date:

• If you want to change the effective date of check-in, you should use it within 90 days of the original date and make an appointment. If you do not make an appointment within the time limit, you will give up.
• If the price changes due to the time period after the effective date of the check-in date is delayed, for example, the difference will not be refunded from the peak period to the general period. 
• If the changed time period is from the normal time period to the peak time period / service, the additional amount still needs to be supplemented and paid.

If the customer meets the above conditions and determines that it is necessary to change or cancel the service experience date, the order registrant must notify My Seaside Park 長沙海邊民園 in writing of WhatsApp within the office hours of the specified date for arrangement.
